1. Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.
If there is any significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship PAN-India through trusted delivery partners.
Typical delivery timeline:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 6–10 business days
These timeframes are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with:

Courier partner name

Tracking link
You can track your shipment anytime using the provided link.
4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD fee may be applicable.
Any additional charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Keystera is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Unreachable phone number

Customer not available at the time of delivery

Refusal to accept the package
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Package
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or partially open:

Do NOT accept the delivery

Ask the delivery person to mark it as "Rejected – Damaged"

Contact us immediately with photos/video for proof
We will assist you with a replacement.
7. International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship only within India.
8. Change or Cancel an Order
You may request order changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
