Return & Refund Policy — Keystera

At Keystera, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
If you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

We offer returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

✔ You received a wrong product
✔ You received a defective or damaged item
✔ The product you received does not match the description

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and videos of:

    • The received product

    • The installation process (if applicable)

    • Packaging and shipping label

Returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” “ordered by mistake,” or “no longer needed” are not accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized key covers

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Items used, altered, or not in original condition

  • Items without proof of issue (photos/videos)


3. Product Replacement Process

  1. Submit your request via email or WhatsApp within 7 days.

  2. Provide key photo, installation photo, and video showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review and approve/reject the case.

  4. If approved, we will send a replacement unit.

  5. In rare cases, we may ask to return the old product for inspection.

Replacements are issued only once per order.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Order was cancelled before shipping

  • Replacement product cannot be provided

  • Shipment lost by the courier (after verification)

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • For defective/damaged/wrong item, Keystera will cover the return shipping.

  • For any other reason (if accepted), customers must bear the return shipping cost.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Orders that are packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.


7. Package Not Received / Lost Shipment

If the courier marks your order as "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours

  2. Provide CCTV/video proof of delivery area (if available)

  3. Give 2–3 days for courier investigation

If the package is confirmed lost, refund/replacement will be issued.
